Kohima: The Bharatiya Janata Party, Kohima District conducted its District Executive Meeting Cum Annual Picnic at the Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides Training Centre, Nerhema, Kohima, Nagaland on November 24.

BJP District President Khrielie Üsou, requested the gathering to observe a moment of silence to pay respect to all the departed souls who have been with the BJP Kohima district till they breathed their last.
He also stressed on the party policies and programmes to be executed. He further emphasised on the complete organisational set up of the booth levels and encouraged the mandals to let the people of Nagaland know that BJP is not a Hindu party, but only a Hindu majority party.

Religion & political parties are two completely different entities which will not directly play any role in affecting the personal relationship that one has with the God that one believes in.

State Secretary & Kohima District In charge Lanuakum appreciated  the Kohima District BJP team for rendering their selfless help to the people during the pandemic on behalf of BJP.

He stressed on about the service to mankind being the ultimate duty of the BJP and said, “karyakarta’s motto is work to serve – To give service to the people. There are, in total, 37 schemes being made available by the Modi Government, let our roles be to help implement these schemes that reach to every nook & corner of the state.”

He provided a detailed data of the recent report of the electoral roll voters against the number of party enrolment registration of each mandal and directed all 7 mandals to emphasise on the importance of booth level activities.

“When all your booths are activated and enhanced, there is no question of seat sharing during the election. Your performance and report will speak for your tickets,” he said.
