TaFMA and Event Management Group for Hornbill Music Festival holds a press conference

Kohima: TaFMA and Event Management Group for Hornbill Music Festival today held a press confrence at Naga Heritage, Old DC Bungalow, Kohima.


The organizers said Hornbill Music Festival 2021 has a record of 35 bands participating where over 200 musicians are performing at Kisama and RECEMPA every evening at 6 PM.

 
The 2021 edition of music festival has a record of 95% local bands except two bands from outside the state. Nagaland itself has so many good bands that can be showcased at this International, world class music event, the organisers informed.


They also informed that another new edition called “Hornbill Popup” has been added to the Hornbill Music Festival which starts at 3 PM every afternoon, and will continue till 10 December.


The organizers encouraged everyone, especially the young and the music lovers to come and witness the shows and cheer for the musicians.

Surrounding the Hornbill Music Festival, one may logged into “TaFMA Nagaland” for all social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.


The organisers appealed to everyone, especially the music lovers, to patronize and continue to support to make it successful. They claimed that a good number of music lovers come and witness the shows  at both the venue RECEMPA and Kisama. They urged everyone to come with family and friends.

Vehicles are restricted inside RECEMPA, however, alternative parking has been arranged at Kohima Science College ground which is a 1 minute walk.


A “Selfie Contest” is also arranged with a good amount by the organizers to attract the visitors. The interested participants are asked to take two selfies at the Hornbill Music Festival, one at Kisama Heritage and another one at RECEMPA, then upload a picture tagged “#Hornbill  Music Festival 2021” on Instagram.


The organizers thanked Parx India, a brand of Raymond  Group, which is not just a fashion partner, but the presenter of the Hornbill music festival. The group is also coming to Nagaland for the concert. We hope to have a long term relationship even a day to come.
