Assam Rifles Organises Career Counselling at Mao, Senapati

UKRHUL: Assam Rifles conducted career counselling lecture at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya on 28 Feb 2026 at Mao.

The programme focused on creating awareness about diverse career avenues available after Class X and XII including opportunities in the Assam Rifles/Indian Army. Special emphasis was laid on the Agniveer Scheme, highlighting its increased age criteria (upto 22 years), eligibility criteria, training benefits, financial package, skill certification and post-service opportunities.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and a renewed commitment to continue engaging with educational institutions to empower young minds through career awareness and mentorship initiatives.
