Ukhrul, July 24: Security forces on Thursday arrested four individuals allegedly involved in a drug trafficking operation from T. Khullen village under Kangpokpi Police Station, Kangpokpi district, Manipur Police said.
All four accused have been identified as, S. Poubinah Teinamei (31), PF Adaphro (34), S. Boibina (29), all residents of T. Khullen village in Kangpokpi district, and Lungdinibou Thiumei (52) of Khundong Khunkhaiba, Tamenglong district.

Per Police, during the operation, security personnel seized a substantial haul including:
- 273 soap cases containing approximately 3.5 kilograms of heroin,
- Unaccounted cash amounting to Rs. 99,09,850,
- Seven mobile phones, and
- Two vehicles — a DI vehicle and a Hyundai Creta.

The arrested individuals, along with the seized items, have been handed over to the concerned authorities for further investigation.
