Mister International 2022, Lukanand Kshetrimayum seeks Global attention on Manipur Crisis

Imphal: Mister International 2022, Lukanand Kshetrimayum, made an appearance at the grand finale of the 15th Edition of the Mister International pageant held at Baguio, Cordillera Hall, Baguio Country Club in the Philippines on October 20.

During the event, Lukanand initiated a Global Awareness program titled ‘Burning Manipur’ to shed light on the violence in Manipur and raise awareness about narco-terrorism. In the presence of representatives and national directors from various nations, global media, and spokespersons, Lukanand highlighted recent unrests in Manipur to bring the issue to the international stage for extensive debate and discussion.

The event featured a striking ensemble created by Baguio-based international fashion designer King George, emphasizing the urgency of the situation.The outfit bears the picture of a gaze of a victim of the ongoing crisis in Manipur.
