The police said that the contraband item was found in a lady bag carried by the woman who was later identified as Kimboi of Kangpokpi district. She came with her brother identified as Mangpilun in a two-wheeler, the police added.

Two more individuals who followed them far behind on the same road in another Activa brand scooter were also arrested. They were identified as Limjapao of Kangpokpi district and Seiminlen of the same district, the police added.
