448 eligible persons gets vaccination on Sunday; total vaccinated reaches 21743 in Ukhrul district

448 eligible persons from different areas of the district have got themselves vaccinated on Sunday taking the total vaccinated cumulative tally as of January 16 till July 25 to 21,743 in Ukhrul district.

According to DIO Ukhrul,17, 295 people have taken the first dose while 4448 have been injected with both doses.

Meanwhile, Ukhrul reported 12 fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Sunday taking the total active case to 75, while eight patient were discharge.

The district cumulative positive stands at 859 with 512 male and 347 female.

Out of the 75 total active case, 22 are at district hospital isolation ward, 40 at transit covid care centre, 7 at Phalee community isolation centre, and 6 at Ukhrul higher secondary school CHIC. While cumulative death toll remained at 22, according to district surveillance officer Ukhrul.

On the other hand, Kamjong district reported 5 covid-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours.
