8 tested Covid-19 positive in Ukhrul; 8 discharged, total active case at 57

Ukhrul reported eight fresh COVID-19 positive cases while another eight patients were discharged on Tuesday reducing the district total active case from 61 to 57.

On the other hand, as per reports, 165 persons were vaccinated at Sinakeithei village on Tuesday.

Out of the 57 total active cases, 4 are at district hospital isolation ward, 28 at transit covid care centre, 10 at Phalee community isolation centre, 13 at Ukhrul higher secondary school CHIC, and 2 at Jessami community isolation centre. While cumulative positive stands at 787 with 472 males and 315 females, according to district surveillance officer, Ukhrul.

Manipur detected 796 positive case and 22 deaths in the last 24 hours.

On Monday Ukhrul district reported 17 covid positive cases.
