The Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) said that a documentary film project Re-Inkarnation has won the ‘DocEdge New Zealand Award’ in the Dhaka Doc Lab, which concluded on September 11, 2022. Manipuri filmmaker Bobo Khuraijam is the director-producer of the film.
“The award qualifies filmmaker Bobo Khuraijam to pitch his documentary project Re-Inkarnation at the prestigious Doc Edge international film festival, to be held in New Zealand next year. It is an encouraging sign for documentary filmmakers of Manipur to get such an award at an international project forum like Dhaka Doc Lab,” the MSFDS said.
