Ukhrul, Feb 18: The All Naga Students’ Association, Manipur (ANSAM), along with its Chandel district constituent and subordinate units, successfully inspected the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) centers on Monday. The team visited several examination centers, including Maha Union Government Higher Secondary School, Anallon Christian Institute, Sainu Institute of Sciences, MG Evergreen Higher Secondary School, and St. Joseph Higher Secondary School in Kuraopokpi, Pallel.

Led by ANSAM President Angteshang Maring, the team assessed the centers to ensure their adherence to examination guidelines. They looked into the deployment of invigilators, seating arrangements, and security measures, including CCTV surveillance. The primary focus of the inspection was to prevent malpractices and address any concerns raised by students and invigilators during the examination.
ANSAM reaffirms its commitment to conducting the HSE exams in a free, fair, and peaceful manner. The association expressed satisfaction with the execution of the HSE examinations at the Chandel district centers. They believe that if the current standards are maintained throughout the HSE examination period, 2025 could mark a significant turning point for the education system in the Hill districts.

The association urges all HSE candidates to adhere to the examination guidelines and wishes them success in their upcoming exams. Helplines have been established to assist students and institutions with any concerns related to the examination process. During their visits, the association also engaged with school administration and guardians to emphasize the importance of discipline and academic integrity.
