Assam Rifles Recover Suspected Brown Sugar Worth ₹1.10 crore in Senapati

SENAPATI: Assam Rifles, in coordination with Manipur Police, carried out a successful anti-narcotics joint operation on Friday in Maram Kabinam village, Senapati, Manipur.

During the conduct of the operation, security forces recovered 40 soap cases containing 551 grams of suspected Brown Sugar, valued at approximately ₹1.10 crore as per international market rates.

The successful recovery highlights the unwavering commitment of Assam Rifles in its fight against the drug menace and its continued efforts to ensure peace, security, and a drug-free society in the region.
