Assam: Two Cyber Fraudsters Arrested; Woman Held With Heroin

Ukhrul, August 7: The Morigaon Police on Thursday arrested two cyber fraudsters. According to the police, a total of 16 ATM cards, notebook, bank passbook and mobile phones were recovered from their possession.

In an X post, the Morigaon Police said the two fraudsters have been identified as Mokshidul Hoque & Muzammel Hussain.


Meanwhile, 93.55 grams of suspected heroin was recovered from one Fatima Khatun during a raid in Borbori village. Legal action has been initiated, the Morigaon Police said in another X post.
