BJP Leaders Meet National General Secretary, Discuss Party Activities in Nagaland

New Delhi: State BJP President Benjamin Yepthomi, accompanied by National Secretary and Prabhari In-charge of Nagaland, Anil K Antony, and Advisor for Tribal Affairs and Election, Tovihoto Ayemi, met with the National General Secretary (Organisation) BL Santhosh in New Delhi to discuss the party’s organizational activities in Nagaland over the past year.

During the meeting, Yepthomi provided an overview of the State’s performance in the first phase of the Sadasyata Abhiyan Membership Drive 2024. The discussions emphasized the party’s strategic plans and initiatives aimed at strengthening its base in Nagaland.

The delegation also welcomed former Deputy Speaker of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly and ex-RPI official candidate for the 2023 General Election, Yangseo Sangtam, alongside Dr. Bobby Panicker, former Vice-Chairman of the North East Congress Coordination Committee, who recently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.

BL Santhosh expressed his warm welcome to both leaders, congratulating them on their decision to join the world’s largest national political party. He encouraged them to maintain focus on the party’s goals as they work together to enhance BJP’s influence in the region.

This meeting highlights the BJP’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Nagaland and reflects ongoing efforts to engage local leaders in the party’s initiatives.
