Bob Khathing Memorial Football Tournament Enters Semi-Final Stage

UKHRUL: The Bob Khathing Memorial Football Tournament 2026, underway at the Astro Turf Ground, Senapati, has entered its semi-final stage, with four teams securing their spots for the next round scheduled on January 27.

In the first semi-final, Menson FC will take on Sadar Hills FC at 11 am, followed by the second semi-final clash between Kuki Rising FA and Ngairei FC at 1 pm.

Menson FC advanced after defeating Asufii FA 2–1 in the quarter-finals, while Kuki Rising FA registered a 2–0 win over Football 4 Change. Sadar Hills FC booked their semi-final berth with a convincing 3–0 victory against Sakol FC, and Ngairei FC outplayed Hills Academy 5–2 to complete the last-four line-up.

According to sources from the Senapati District Olympic Association, Manipur (SDOAM), the third-place match will be held on January 28, while the final and closing ceremony are scheduled for January 29 at the same venue.

The tournament, which began on January 20, features 14 teams and is being played on a knockout basis.
