In a condemnation note issued by the Chandel Apex Civil Body Organization viz., Chandel Naga People’s Organisation (CNPO) on Friday, including Naga Womens’ Union Chandel (NWUC) and Naga Students’ Union Chandel (NSUC) questioned why the paramilitary instead of defending the people and usher peace in the area/region are instead torturing and harassing them in such heinous manner?
