Unique Business Association Chandel Announces New Leadership, Calls for Forest Dept Reforms

Ukhrul, Jan 22: The Unique Business Association, Chandel district has announced the induction of its new leadership team for the 2025-2027 tenure. According to a press release by the Assembly Affairs of UBAC, this dynamic team, carefully selected for their expertise and dedication, is poised to guide the organisation toward continued growth and success in the coming years.

The press release further details that the newly formed leadership team consists of Zeepnes Ruwndar as President, Jacob Khular as Vice President, Angring Khular as General Secretary, and Elsy Jangvei as Joint Secretary. Js. Gladson has been appointed as Finance Secretary, and Sk. Robert will serve as Public Secretary. SS. Premi and LH. Hosnary have been appointed as Women’s Coordinator, while Sk. Toshui, S. Tombi, and Mk. Salenghoi have been named as Executive Members. The team, made up of both seasoned professionals and fresh talent, will focus on driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and delivering on the organization’s vision. Their combined expertise and commitment will ensure the organisation’s continued success and create value for its stakeholders.

The press release also expresses gratitude to the outgoing team for their invaluable contributions and leadership during the previous tenure and states that their efforts have laid the foundation for the organisation’s future endeavours .
