CM N Biren Singh takes Holy Dip at Triveni Sangam, Chief Guest at Maha Kumbh Sports

Ukhrul, Feb 6: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh, who left for New Delhi on Wednesday, takes a holy dip at Triveni Sangam and will be the Chief Guest at the Maha Kumbh Maha Sports Parva at 4 PM today.

The Chief Minister met Bihar Member of Parliament and Senior Party leader Ravi Shankar Prasad at the Maha Kumbh 2025 before taking a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.

He was joined by Cabinet Ministers including Thongam Biswajit Singh and Govindas Konthoujam and some members of the Manipur Legislative Assembly. 

“We stand together in prayer, seeking divine blessings for our people and the nation. May this sacred gathering strengthen our collective spirit and guide us toward a brighter future,” CM Biren Singh said in a post on X.

Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports of Manipur Govindas Konthoujam stated that he was honored to accompany Chief Minister N Biren Singh, who will be the Chief Guest at the Maha Kumbh Maha Sports Parva at 4 PM today. He further said they had performed the sacred “Maha Kumbh Snan Dip”, embracing tradition, faith, and renewal.
