Imphal: The Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) announced the results of the Higher Secondary Class 12 Examination 2024 on Monday afternoon, marking a historic achievement with the highest-ever pass percentage recorded.
Education S Director L. Nandakumar revealed that the overall pass percentage for this year’s examination stands at an impressive 97.63%. Enlighten Knowledge Higher Secondary School, Sangakpham, dominated the Arts Stream, securing all top 5 positions, with Thokchom Sheityajit leading the pack with 477 marks.

In the Science Stream, Malemnganbi Laishram of Comet School, Changangei, Ucheckon, clinched the first position with 493 marks, while Aiena Naorem of Kakching Higher Secondary School, Kakching, secured the top spot in the Commerce Stream with 447 marks.
The results are available on the official website of COHSEM “manresults.nic.in“, and a total of 31,352 students from all three streams—Arts, Science, and Commerce—appeared for the examination across 111 examination centres statewide. Of these, 22,631 students appeared in the Science Stream, 8,100 in Arts, and 620 in Commerce.
