Final rounds of the 2019-20 Second Division I League set to commence from 8th October in West Bengal

The final rounds of the 2020 Second Division Hero I-League is set to start from October 8, 2020. In an official press release by the AIFF, the Hero I League qualifiers will be played out at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata, and the Kalyani Municipal Stadium, in Kalyani, West Bengal.

Five clubs, viz. ARA FC, Bhawanipore FC, Garhwal FC, FC Bengaluru United, and Mohammedan SC. will be vying for the single slot for promotion to the Hero I-League 2020-21 season.

The final rounds will be played out in a Robin round format with each of the five teams playing each other once. The team with the highest points at the end of this short qualifier will become the 12th team to play in the I-League next season.
