Longmai: A Five-day Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) was held on Wednesday at Longmai Part-4 Peaceland, Noney District. It was jointly organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tamenglong and ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Manipur Centre in Lamphelpat, Imphal.

In the programme, field visit cum interaction with the farmers was conducted by the fourth year B.Sc Agriculture Students of South Asian Institute of Rural and Agriculture Management (SAIRAM), Langjing Achouba, Imphal. 

As a part of the programme, cabbage saplings were planted at Kamangkung Lao, Noney by the  agriculture students under the guidance of Subject Matter Specialists of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tamenglong led by Dr. Kolom Rabi, Programme Co-ordinator, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tupul, Tamenglong.
