Speaking to the media at Manipur Press Club on Wednesday, secretary of the Federation of Tribal Youth Clubs Manipur, Hopson Machinao claimed that despite incomplete construction, boards have been erected at the work sites, falsely stating that the roads are finished. He pointed out that construction of Kangpat Khullen to Choro Khullen road under package number MNO9212, BRTF road to Chahong Khullen under package number MN09183, and the road stretch between Sampui and Ningthi under package number MNKMJ0901 (A) MN09152 in Ukhrul district are yet to be completed, but contractors and officials of RD and PR have put up signboards at the work sites falsely stating that these roads have been completed.
