Himanta Biswa Sarma, NEDA Convener and BJP candidate from Jalukbari constituency filed his nomination papers for the Assam Assembly election on Friday.

The incumbent Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took out a massive rally from thousands of supporters as he proceeded to file nomination papers for Jalukbari seat today in Guwahati.

He took to twitter and thanked everyone of his supporters for their love and affection.

Himanta Biswa Sarma’s nomination filing rally was joined by Sarbananda Sonowal, chief minister of Assam, union minister, Narendra Singh Tomar, Manipur chief minister, N Biren Singh, MP Dilip Saikia, BJP National general secretary, Baijayant Jay Panda, BJP National vice president also BJP Assam in-charge among others.
