Huge spike of COVID-19 in Nagaland on Tuesday

NNN | DIMAPUR, JULY 28: Nagaland recorded a huge spike of COVID-19 on Tuesday with the detection of 75 fresh cases. This is the second highest number of cases of COVID-19. The state reported 90 cases of the disease on July 23.

75 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of 450 test results received according to Nagaland Health minister Pangnyu Phom. Out of these fresh cases, Kohima reported 51, Phek district reported 10, Wokha district reported 7 cases, and 3 each in Mon district and Dimapur and 1 in Tuensang.

With this update, the COVID-19 tally of Nagaland stands at 1460.
