We, the family of (L) Upa Ts. Ngamtin, will be observing his 1st Death Anniversary on October 28, 2025, at Liwa Sarei Community Hall, Liwa Sarei Village, Chandel District.
While we have tried to reach out to many of his friends and colleagues who were part of his life, we may have missed some. Therefore, through this notification, we warmly invite and request all his friends, colleagues, and well-wishers to attend the 1st Death Anniversary of (L) Upa Ts. Ngamtin to be held on October 28, 2025, at Liwa Sarei Community Hall.
