Liangmai Grammar book released

IMPHAL, NOV 14: Much for the benefits of the Liangmai community, a grammar book on Liangmai was released on November 10 in Imphal. 

The book simply christened as ‘Liangmai Grammar’ was written by Dr. Charengna Widinibou who is currently working as Research Director and Assistant Professor at Don Bosco College, Maram, Senapati district, Manipur. The book was published by Shine Book Publishing based in Chattishgarh.

The book was released by associate professor Adibo Newmei who is president of Liangmai Literature Society (LLS), along with former LLS secretary K. Daimai and journalist Witoubou Newmai.

Meanwhile, the Liangmai Naga Katimai Ruangdi (LNKR-Manipur) has congratulated Dr. Charengna Widinibou, saying that this “monumental work will not only enrich the understanding of Liangmai language but it will also serve as an invaluable resource for future generations”.
