UKHRUL, NOV 25: The Liangmai–Imphal Market Committee has announced that the 10th Day of the Liangmai Organic Market will be held on November 27 at Puja Lampak, Wangkhei. The market, organised with the Young Voluntary Organisation (YVO), will start at 5 a.m.

The organisers said the initiative is meant to support Liangmai farmers by giving them a regular platform to sell organic vegetables and other local produce directly to consumers. The market also aims to promote healthier food choices and strengthen ties among communities in Imphal.

The YVO has invited the public, households and supporters of organic farming to attend and encourage local growers. They said the continued participation of residents will help build a stronger and more connected community.
