UKHRUL: The village authority of Makui, under T Waichong sub division of Kangpokpi district in Manipur, has strongly condemned the alleged indiscriminate firing by armed groups identified as Kuki National Front-President, KRA and KNA-B, which reportedly targeted Naga villagers engaged in social work near the village’s main gate at around 3 pm on October 14.

The armed men reportedly fired automatic weapons from the Chaljang and Louthang areas, endangering the lives of unarmed villagers.
