Manipur COVID death climbs to Seven

UT News Service | Imphal, August 2: A 20 year old female from Chandel District died of Covid19 at Konung Mamang Pureiromba Leikai, Sunday around 1:00pm IST, taking the total death toll of Manipur to Seven. The deceased was paralysed for almost a year and died at the residence. Sample was collected from the deceased and later confirmed she was Covid-19 positive, said the the death report from Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Imphal East.
The cause of death on the report said, multiple organ failure with cardio respiratory arrest.
