Ukhrul: The Government of Manipur as temporarily suspended internet and mobile data services in seven districts of Manipur with effect from 5:15 PM of Saturday for two days.
The affected districts as per the government order are: Imphal West, Imphal East, Bishnupur, Thoubal, Kakching,
Kanqpokpi and Churachandpur.

GoM under the Telecom Suspension of Services (Public Emergency or Public Safety) Rules, 2017, owing to the current conflict in parts of the State stated, having “situation is likely to cause serious disturbances to the peaceful co-existence and maintenance of public order, do hereby order temporary suspension/curbing of internet and mobile data services including VSATs, broadband (IILL & FTTH) and VPN services.”
