Mao: Assam Rifles Hands Over Community Hall And Mobile Toilet

UKHRUL: Assam Rifles on Saturday, handed over a Community Hall and a Mobile Toilet at Mao in Senapati district under Operation Sadbhavana, reinforcing its commitment to community welfare. The initiative seeks to strengthen basic infrastructure and improve sanitation facilities for local residents.

The newly inaugurated Community Hall will serve as a common space for social gatherings, meetings and cultural programmes, while the Mobile Toilet is expected to enhance hygiene and public health. The event was attended by village elders, residents and Assam Rifles personnel, with villagers expressing appreciation for the timely and people-centric initiative.
