Tamenglong: Forest minister Awangbow Newmai on Tuesday inaugurated two important projects under Tousem Sub-division, Tamenglong District.
The inauguration included an IVR which connects between Njungkuak and Pumam constructed under LADF & PWD and about 200 ft long Hanging Bridge over Jiri River at Pumram Constructed under HADP bedsides inauguration of Njukuak village Authority Office at Njukuak village in the presence of chairman (c/t) ADC Tamenglong Namsinrei Panmei, ex- EM ADCs Tamenglong T P. Sangjeuyang, Micah Panmei, Halthing Doungle and Ex-ADCs Tamenglong, Ramningle, CPL Guangta and S K. Liangpibou.
Further, seeing the work done and concerns for his people, some villages including Pumram, Aben, New Mandu, Njukuak and Tuisenphai have declared to vote in favor of Awangbow Newmai in the upcoming polls 2022.
