Ukhrul, June 14: Alt News co-founder Mohammad Zubair has refuted recent media claims suggesting that Pakistan Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, was officially invited to participate in the United States Army’s parade celebrations.

Taking to social media, Mohammad Zubair stated that the reports, which were widely circulated by several Indian TV news channels, are entirely “manufactured.” He shared screenshots of televised segments (Screenshots 1 & 2) to support his allegation, accusing the media outlets of spreading misinformation.

“There is no official confirmation or credible source that backs the claim of Asim Munir being invited to the U.S. Army parade. These reports are baseless and appear to be fabricated,” Zubair wrote.

So far, there is no official invitation from the U.S. Department of Defense or the White House to Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir for the U.S. Army Day parade on June 14, 2025.

A White House spokesperson specifically stated, “This is false. No foreign military leaders were invited,” reported Financial Express.
