MP S. Phangnon Konyak Launches National Membership Drive Across 7 Districts of Nagaland

KOHIMA, SEPT 20: Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha and State Vice President of BJP Nagaland, S. Phangnon Konyak recently embarked on an extensive tour across the Wokha, Mon, Aboi (org.), Longleng, Tuensang, Noklak, and Kiphire districts. According to Konyak, the purpose of this official visit was to engage with District Office Bearers, Morchas, Sadasyata Committee members, and Karyakartas to bolster the party’s grassroots efforts.

According to a press release, during her meetings, Konyak highlighted the significance of the National Membership Campaign 2024, which aims to strengthen connections within the community and mobilize citizens to participate in the vision of making India a fully developed nation by 2047. She emphasized that active participation from party workers is essential for assisting the public in accessing various government initiatives, including free food grains under PMGKAY, Housing for All under PMAY (U), and health insurance through AB-PMJAY.

As per Konyak, the campaign seeks to enroll new members and renew the primary membership of party workers every six years, in line with Article 9 of the party’s constitution. The membership drive will continue until October 15, with registration available via missed calls to 8800 00 2024, the NaMo App, QR codes, and application forms for residents in areas with limited mobile coverage.
