NEP 2020 to be implemented soon in Manipur

With an aim to early and successful implementation of New Education Policy, 2020, (NEP) in Manipur, the first meeting of the state implementation Task Force was held at in the Conference Hall SSA at Babupara, Imphal West on Friday, chaired by Manipur Education Minister S. Rajen Singh.

The sitting also minutely discussed to propagate the Awareness Programme on NEP in order to make the public understand about the policy. Finalisation of a realistic and workable Roadmap and constitution of Sub Committees for the Task Force were also discussed during the meeting.

Ranjit Singh, IAS, Commissioner Edn-S/Adult Education, Ragitabali Waikhom, IAS, Director University and Higher Education, Dr. Nivedita Lairenlakpam, IAS, Joint, Secy.HTE & amp; Registrar, DMU, Director Education, L. Nandakumar Singh, IAS, Director SCERT, Dr. M. Meenakumari Devi and other officials of the department were also present during the discussion.
