Ningreingam Kashung of BJP Reach Out to 70 Villages under ‘Seva Hi Sangathan’

Ningreingam Kashung, the vice-president of Kisan Morcha, BJP Manipur Pradesh conducted mass COVID-19 vaccination drive cum relief and horticulture awareness campaign under the programme of Seva Hi Sangathan, across 70 villages and more from October 13 to 15.

Village headmen, church elders, village chairmen, village authorities and villagers from Bungpa Khunao, Ramphoi, Ningchou, Grihang, Kangpat Khullen, Kangpat center, Kangpat Khunuo, Nambisha, Thawai Kuki and more from Kamjong district under 43-Phungyar were present in the programme.

The villagers were also educated on sustainable intensive Integrated Farming Systems (horti, agri, livestock) which will help in ecological balance. Further, he elaborated and emphasised on afforestation for Jhum cultivation practice. The villagers were thankful for the insights shown to them and were willing to follow systematic way of farming.


Moreover, he shared some knowledge on how to deal with plant disease, animal disease and ways to deal with them.

Talking about COVID-19 vaccination, Ningreingam Kashung shared the importance and benefits of the vaccine. He then urged thevVillagers to get vaccinated.

COVID-19 essentials such as hand sanitizers and mask along with daily essentials like salt, onion and potatoes were distributed to the villagers.

Ningreingam Kashung shared his desire to contest for Manipur Legislative Assembly polls in 2022 under 43-Phungyar A/C from BJP party with the blessing from Almighty and also with prayers and support from the people.

Village headmen, church members, Youth Club from various villages expressed their gratitude to Ningreingam Kashung and his companion for their concern and support and wishes him the very best.
