The 9 – Ukhrul North unit of Naga People’s Front (NPF) has opened its new office in the township, ahead of the upcoming Autonomous District Council (ADC) elections.

Senior party member Maranchan Luikham, a retired bureaucrat, inaugurated the new office and hoisted the party flag at its campus at Alungtang in Hunphun village on Friday.

The inauguration function was also attended by former UADC Executive Member Edmund Chiphang and functionaries of Ukhrul North unit among others.
