The delegation of the Political Affairs Mission (PAM) of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) held a consultative meeting with “the NSCN (K-Niki)” in the outskirts of Molvom village in Nagaland on Monday, according to a press statement of NPF-PAM.

The NPF-PAM said it reiterated the party’s stand for honourable, acceptable and inclusive solution to the Naga political issue and further urged “the NSCN (K-Niki)” to build an understanding with the other “Naga nationalist groups”.

According to the NPF-PAM, “the NSCN (K-Niki)” has agreed in principle to sit across the table with the “two Naga negotiating groups” as and when required.

The NPF-PAM, while welcoming the renewal of the ceasefire with the NSCN (K- Niki), appreciated both the Government of India and “the NSCN(K-Niki) for their endeavor to find the solution through peaceful means”.
