NPP Strengthens Youth Wing with Fresh Induction

IMPHAL: Several youth leaders from Manipur formally joined the National People’s Youth Front (NPYF) of the National People’s Party (NPP) on Tuesday. Rock Lungleng, National Youth General Secretary of the NPP and in-charge of Manipur, felicitated their innings to the Party.

The induction was officiated by Dr. Lorho S. Pfoze, State President of the NPP, in the presence of Arnold Sanasam, Interim Working President of NPYF Manipur; Nonibala, State Women Front President; and other senior party functionaries.

Those inducted into the youth wing include:

Arun Potsangbam, academician and academic administrator; Apam Zingkhai, former president, Tangkhul Students’ Union Delhi (TKLD); Vincent Pou, former president, Poumai Students’ Union Imphal and Menaka Devi, former general secretary, Modern College Students’ Union, Imphal

Party leaders said the addition of these youth representatives will further strengthen the NPP’s organisational base and youth leadership in Manipur.
