The NSCN-IM’s, National Socialist Women’s Organization of Nagalim (NSWON) offered condolences and expressed grieve on the untimely demise of Mrs. Runmila A Shishak, Deputy Kilonser (W/o Maj. Retd. Reingachan A Shishak, Deputy Kilonser) from Shangshak Khullen village under Wung Tangkhul Region (WTR). Runmila A Shishak who enrolled in the Naga national service on April 1, 1988 died on Friday. She was inducted as a Deputy Kilonser in the year 2017, the statement said.
The group also offered condolences to Mr. Vitoqhe Assumi, former President of the Sumi Hoho. He also served as a Political Advisor of the Naga Hoho. NSCN-IM said that Vitoqhe Assumi was a man who stood for the common goal and united Naga family. NSCN-IM
expressed its sorrow for having lost a great leader.
NSCN-IM general secretary Th. Muivah also condoled the demise of Runmila A Shishak and said the legacy she left behind shall be cherished by all in all times. Th. Muivah extended his deepest sympathies on behalf of the Naga nation to the bereaved family.
The condolence message by NSWON paid homage to the departed soul and offered their condolences to her bereaved family. Runmila A Shishak served the Naga nation with unwavering patriotism until her demise and that her sacrifices for the Naga nation shall ever be cherished by all, it said.
