Imphal: Chris Norman and Band with 12 crews and band members is all set to touch down to perform at Manipur’s capital Imphal at HVS, Patsoi on December 1.

Chris Norman’s band is best known for their hits Lay Back in the Arms of SomeoneLiving Next Door To Alice and If You Think You Know How To Love Me. For all the Smokie die hard fans in the state, this is a once in a lifetime chance to come and witness all the greatest hits of Smokie with the original vocal Chris Ward Norman.

Chris Norman is 72 years now but one should look up on YouTube for his lively and energetic performances that he still has for his age.

Tickets for December 1, Chris Norman and Band will be sold for two events beginning with Michael Learns to Rock (MLTR) concert on November 29. One ticket will permit entry for both MLTR and Chris Norman and band (Smokie) concerts.

The two-day event headlined by Denmark’s biggest pop rock band Michael Learns to Rock and Chris Norman and the Band (Smokie) promises a top notch set up, never seen before with the production team already moving swiftly.

These concerts will also set the mood of the state Sangai Festival during that time bringing in classic night of the 80s and 90s. What will be more interesting is to watch out for several opening acts for the two-day events. Ananya Birla’s opening act (Grand Daughter of Aditya Birla) for instance.
