Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP), Leishemba Sanajaoba visited Noney Longmai village Part 1 and interacted with the village leaders today while returning from Jiribam. In Noney, a small gathering was held at the residence of Gaidon Kamei, which was attended by the Chairman of Longmai, Kasaigai Gangmei, Meidon Gangmei Khulakpa and other village leaders.

During his visit, the MP brought along gifts for villager elders living in the area. The youth of the village gifted MP Sanajaoba and his team with traditional mufflers as a sign of mutual love and appreciation.

In the ensuing interaction, Gaidon Kamei mentioned the historical connection and relationship between the Manipuri King and the Longmai village headmen. A memorandum for the construction of a Youth Club Office was submitted to the MP by the Longmai-1 Youth Club.
