Sangai MMA International Event from Nov 25-26; TICKETS AVAILABLE

Imphal: 2022 Sangai Festival, for the first time is all set to witness a two-day Sangai MMA, an international event in Manipur organised under Manipur Tourism, Government of Manipur by 7 Sisters Foundation in association with UFC Gym Imphal at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium from November 25 and 26.

Gates opens from 2 PM onwards.

The international event is sponsored and powered by Hiyai Adventure Club. Kerrith Brown (President, IMMAF – International Mixed Martial Arts Federation) along with President MMA India and its 17 officials will be flown into Imphal for officiating the fight bouts for the two-day event.

The Sangai MMA international event will be first of its kind in Northeast India to be promoted during the State Tourism Festival. Adding more feather to the sporting powerhouse that Manipur state is in national and international arenas, and given how MMA in India is becoming the fastest growing sport, MMA fans across the region and in Manipur will love this development.

Here are the main fight card finalised for SANGAI MMA

Total fighters, 48. Out of which 3 are from Egypt, 1 from Algeria, 1 from Iran, 1 from Tajikistan, 1 from Ireland and 1 from Austria. 6 fighters are from Manipur and the rest from different states of India.
