Senapati: 1,355 Candidates appearing in Class XII exam

Ukhrul, Feb 17: As many as 1,355 candidates are appearing in the class XII exam 2025 in the Senapati district at 4 different exam centers, with 898 candidates in the Arts stream, 318 candidates in Science, and 139 in Commerce streams.

Before the commencement of the exam, OC of Mt. Pisgah Hr. Sec. School exam centre, Dr. Hepuni Liba stated that no mobile phone was allowed to take into the exam hall. All candidates were frisked before entering the exam hall and the exam was conducted strictly.

Exam centre at Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Senapati has 146 candidates with 83 in Arts and 24 in Science streams from Mt. Pisgah Hr. Sec. School, 17 candidates in the Science stream from Hills Academy of Science, 13 candidates in Arts, and 9 candidates in the Science stream from Lao Radiant Hr. Sec. School.

455 candidates at Mt. Pisgah Hr. Sec. School exam center with 19 candidates (Arts) from Bethany Hr. Sec. School, 39 candidates (Arts) from New Life Hr. Sec. School, 17 candidates (Arts) from Purul Hr. Sec. School, 166 (Arts), 171 (Science), 41 (Commerce) from Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Senapati, and 2 (Arts) students from Senapati Hr. Sec. School.

Exam centre at Don Bosco Hr. Secondary School, Maram, had 604 candidates from its students, 439 in Arts, 67 in Science, and 98 in Commerce.

Exam centre at Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Punanamei, Mao consists of 150 candidates. 41 candidates (Arts) from Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Punanamei, Mao, 41 (Arts), 30 (Science) from St. Joseph Hr. Sec. School, Tadubi, and 38 (Arts) candidates from Mt. Gibeon Hr. Sec. School, Tadubi.

Senapati District Students Association, the apex student body has been going around the exam centers to ensure free and fair conduct of the examinations.
