Meanwhile, 5 persons tested Covid-19 positive while two residences from Ukhrul district were revoked from containment measures, one residence declared a containment zone with immediate effect.
The district total active cases surged to 113.

The residence being revoked from containment zone are H Horthingcham D/o H Moses, Khamphasom Ukhrul and Chuingamla Yangya D/o Chinaongai Yangya of Khamphasom Ukhrul while the residence of Columbus Raikhan H/o Jolis Raikhan of Maichon village and Litan Forest office Ukhrul has been declared containment zone.
