Ukhrul: Mazui Entertainment proudly presents the much-anticipated release of “SHEEHAME – The Patriot,” their first Tangkhul feature film. The event took place at Ukhrul’s Town Hall on February 24, 2024, marking a significant moment for movie enthusiasts.

The premiere was graced by esteemed personalities including Ayung Sayai, CAO of Wung Tangkhul Region, as chief guest, SA. Ramnganing, President of Tangkhul Naga Wungnao Long, as guest of honour, and YL. Ravins, president of Tangkhul Naga Film Association, as a special guest. Alongside them were the talented cast and crew of SHEEHAME.
The movie showcases Ngamreichon Kasar, Horngamshang Jason Chiphang, Themchuilan Keishing, Chingya Awungshi, Oshim Soho, Khanchui Ahum, Aso Luithui, Nimshimphi Muivah, Levis Kaping as the leading actors.

Written and directed by Nobert Khayi, the action packed movie SHEEHAME is based on love, betrayal and sacrifice with the nation first as the theme. Sheehame follows the journey of a young Tangkhul woman who becomes an undercover agent as a supermodel for the Secret Task Force of Naga (STF).
With VR Wilson serving as assistant director, cinematography and editing by Pamshim Rungsung, action direction by Shimnganing Marzah and Horngamshang Jason Chiphang, and makeup by Soreimi Mungrei, SHEEHAME received an overwhelming response from Ukhrul’s Tangkhul movie lovers.
