UT News Service | Imphal, August 7: The State Government on August 6, taking stoke of the recent deaths of Non-Covid patients for denial of admission by hospitals, issued orders to ensure there is no denial of service by public and private hospitals.

A 24×7 toll free helpline number 1800 103 2015 has been launched and the State Health Agency (SHA) given the task of monitoring hospital services in the state and also a dedicated team will gather to the distress call through their toll free number.

A mobile team has been activated to follow up with hospitals during night hours from 7pm to 6am. The order stated that the “golden hour” to save lives and treatment without delay was the right thing.
