Tribal Affairs & Hills invites applications for financial assistance for Medical Treatment 2023-2024

Imphal: Directorate of Tribal Affairs and Hills, government of Manipur invites applications in prescribed form from intending and eligible Scheduled Tribe patients for grant of financial assistance for medical treatment 2023-2024.

Notice dated Dec 1st, issued by director of Tribal Affairs & Hills, Manipur Hannah Kahmei said the prescribed form can be obtained from the medical section of TA&H. While in respect of Kangpokpi and Churachandpur districts, the form can be obtained from the office of the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Autonomous District Council (ADC) concerned with production of relevant medical documents such as discharge slip/OPD/prescription slip/investigation report etc.

The notice said the form will be issued from 1st-15th December 2023 and the date for submission is 20th December 2023. Forms should be submitted to the office from which they were obtained. Further details may be availed of from medical section TA&H, Imphal during office hours.
