TYCM Meets Manipur Tribal Affairs Secretary, Seeks Urgent Action on Tribal Issues

Imphal: The Tribal Youth Council Manipur (TYCM), upon the invitation of Hungyo Worshang, Secretary, Tribal Affairs & Hills Department, Government of Manipur, convened a meeting with him at his official quarters in Lamphel on February 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM to discuss various tribal issues raised by TYCM.

During the meeting, Hungyo Worshang assured that the department would take necessary steps to address the concerns and implement appropriate measures within its capacity. He also appealed for cooperation from TYCM to ensure the effective functioning of the department and the successful implementation of various developmental programs.

TYCM emphasized the urgency of the issues and urged the department to take all necessary measures at the earliest in the interest of the tribal communities of Manipur.
