Ukhrul: Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India to organize camp for Senior citizens & PWDs

The Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) will be organizing an Assessment Camp for the Senior Citizens (60 years and above) and Person with Disabilities (PWDs) of Ukhrul District for three days in there different places.

The schedule of the camp are as follows: DRDA Traning Hall, Ukhrul Block on October 17, Ngahui (AwangKasom), Chingai Block & Jessami Block on October 18 and Zalenbung, LM Block on October 20 at 11 am on all three days.

According to the notice issued by office of the Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul bearing No. 26/09/DC(UKL)/ALIMCO on September 27, the Assessment Camp will be organized for distribution of Aid and Appliances (Tri-cycle / Wheel chair/ Cerebral Palsy chair/ Elbow crutch/ Walking stick /Hearing Aid / Power glasses / Smart cane / Smart phone / Mixed kit etc) under Rastriya Vayoshree Yojana (RVY) & ADIP Scheme of Govt. of India.

Senior Citizen (As 60 years & above) are required to bring Pass port size photo, copy of Aadhaar card, Income certificate (Equal to or below Rs. 15000/month) or copy of Old age pension under IGNOAP / MOAP.

Person with Disabilities are required to bring Passport size full body photo showing disability, photo copy of Aadhar card, Income certificate (Equal to or below Rs. 22500/ per month) and Disability certificate.
