VDF driver dies in accident: Ukhrul

UT Bureau | Ukhrul, Aug 21: A VDF water tanker overturned in Kahumtang, below Long ground Ukhrul, leaving the driver dead in the accident. The deceased VDF driver is identified as Vijay Prasad from Senapati HQ.

The VDF driver died Friday early evening as reported by witness. The accident appeared to send the water tanker into the side of a nearby road with no report of other injury.
